Welcome to Tsemp! These terms of service set out how you may use the Tsemp app and service. By using Tsemp, you accept these terms.

2. Description of the service
Tsemp is an AI-based training app that:
Creates personalised training programs for you with the help of AI
Tracks your progress visually as a muscle map
Offers a community where you can share performances and encourage others
Helps you train effectively and systematically
AI functionality: To generate training programs we use OpenAI’s AI service. You can find more information about the data the AI uses in our privacy policy.
Note: Tsemp is currently in beta, which means the app is being developed continuously and you may encounter features that are not yet fully complete.
3. Who can use Tsemp
You may use Tsemp if you:
- ✓Accept these terms of service and the privacy policy
- ✓Do not use the service for illegal or harmful activity
If you are a minor, we recommend that you discuss with your guardian before using the service.
4. Creating an account and responsibility
Creating an account:
- •You must provide correct and up-to-date information when registering
- •You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- •Notify us immediately if you suspect that your account security has been compromised
Using the account:
- •One account is intended for one person
- •You may not share your account with others
- •You are responsible for all activity that takes place via your account
5. Beta program
Tsemp is currently in beta:
Free to use
The beta version is completely free for as long as the beta phase lasts
Development work
The app is developed continuously and you may encounter bugs or unfinished features
Feedback welcome
We encourage you to report bugs and suggest new features to info@tsemppiapp.fi
Data transfer
If you use the same account after the beta phase, your data carries over to the full version
6. Permitted and prohibited use
Permitted use:
- ✓Use Tsemp for personal training
- ✓Share your training performances and encourage others in the community
- ✓Share Tsemp content on social media and other platforms – it is encouraged!
- ✓Give feedback and suggestions to help develop the app
Prohibited use – you may not:
- ✗Use Tsemp for illegal or harmful activity
- ✗Disturb, harass or threaten other users
- ✗Publish offensive, inappropriate or illegal content
- ✗Attempt to break into the app or its systems
- ✗Copy, modify or distribute Tsemp’s content or code without permission
- ✗Use automated tools (bots) in the app
- ✗Collect other users’ data without permission
- ✗Impersonate Tsemp or give the impression that you represent our company
- ✗Claim to own Tsemp’s content, code or intellectual property rights
7. Content and intellectual property rights
Content owned by Tsemp:
- •All Tsemp content (text, images, logo, code, training programs, muscle map, etc.) is the property of Tsemppi Fitness Oy
- •You are granted a limited right to use the app for personal use
- •You may not copy, modify or distribute Tsemp’s content without written permission
Your content:
- •You own the content you upload yourself (profile pictures, comments, shared workouts)
- •By posting content in Tsemp, you grant us the right to use it to provide the service
- •You are responsible for having the right to share the content you upload
- •We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these terms
8. Third-party services
Tsemp uses the following third-party services to enable its operation:
OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini)
Generation of AI-based training programs. We send only onboarding details (goal, level, equipment), no personal data.

Database operation within the EU. All user data is stored securely.

Error monitoring and quality assurance of the app. Contains no personal data.

An alternative way to log in. We only receive your email address and name.

9. Free service and future charges
- 💚Tsemp is currently free for beta users
- 💰In the future we may introduce paid features or subscription models
- 📢We will announce all changes in advance
- 🎁Beta users will receive special benefits when the app launches officially
10. Service availability and changes
Availability:
- •We aim to keep Tsemp available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service
- •We may carry out maintenance that can temporarily interrupt the service
- •We are not liable for any harm caused by service interruptions
Changes to the service:
- •We may add, change or remove features at any time
- •We may discontinue providing the service by giving advance notice
- •During the beta phase, changes happen regularly
11. Limitations of liability and safety
Training safety:
Tsemp provides AI-based training guidance and progress tracking. Although we strive to offer high-quality content, we recommend that you consult a healthcare professional before starting a new training program, especially if you have health problems or injuries. Always listen to your body and stop the workout if you feel pain or discomfort.
Limitations of the AI:
AI-generated training programs are indicative and based on the information you provide as well as general training principles. They do not replace advice from a personal trainer or healthcare professional. The strength level and muscle point metrics are motivational tools, not scientific assessments.
Quality of the service:
Tsemp is in beta and we develop it continuously. We strive to offer the best possible user experience, but the service may contain:
- ⚠Technical problems or bugs
- ⚠Unfinished features
- ⚠Temporary interruptions
We appreciate your feedback and fix problems as quickly as possible.
Limitation of liability:
Tsemppi Fitness Oy is not liable for:
- • Injuries or health problems related to training
- • Loss of data due to technical problems
- • The operation of third-party services (OpenAI, MongoDB, etc.)
- • Interruptions or availability problems in the service
- • The suitability of AI-generated training programs for your individual needs
The service is provided "as is" without a separate warranty, which is the industry standard for apps in the beta phase.
12. Closing and terminating your account
You can:
- •Delete your account at any time in the app settings or by contacting: info@tsemppiapp.fi
- •Your data is deleted within 30 days of closing the account
We can:
- •Close or freeze your account if you breach these terms of service
- •Close your account without prior notice in the case of serious violations
- •Discontinue providing the service by giving 30 days’ advance notice
13. Changes to the terms of service
We may update these terms of service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes:

By continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the updated terms.
14. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms of service are governed by Finnish law.
We aim to resolve all disagreements amicably. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes are settled in the District Court of Helsinki.
